Agreement to Terms

ScopeMe provides an AI-powered platform that:

  • Facilitates patient consultations through AI video and voice technology
  • Connects patients with healthcare providers (dental clinics, hair transplant centers, aesthetic clinics, etc.)
  • Automates lead follow-up for healthcare facilities
  • Provides multilingual support for international patients
  • Integrates with clinic CRM systems for appointment management

Important: ScopeMe is a technology platform only. We do not provide medical services, diagnoses, or treatments.

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account Types

  • Patient/User Accounts: For individuals seeking healthcare consultations
  • Clinic/Provider Accounts: For healthcare facilities using our platform

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Remain inactive for extended periods

4. Use of Service

Permitted Use

You may use ScopeMe to:

  • Request healthcare consultations and information
  • Schedule appointments with partner clinics
  • Communicate with healthcare providers through our platform
  • Receive AI-assisted support and guidance

Prohibited Use

You may NOT use ScopeMe to:

  • Provide false information about your identity or medical condition
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
  • Transmit malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Service
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Use the Service for emergency medical situations
  • Scrape or harvest data from the platform
  • Reverse engineer our AI technology
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

IMPORTANT: ScopeMe is NOT for medical emergencies. In case of emergency, call local emergency services immediately.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice

ScopeMe provides a communication platform between patients and healthcare providers.

  • Our AI assistant (LARA) provides information only, not medical advice
  • All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals
  • We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical treatments
  • Information provided through our Service is for educational and coordination purposes only

No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Using ScopeMe does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and:

  • ScopeMe or Antlara Dental
  • Our employees or AI technology
  • Any healthcare provider until you formally engage their services

Consultation Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI-generated translations may contain errors
  • Information provided may be incomplete or outdated
  • You should verify all medical information with qualified professionals
  • We are not liable for misinterpretations or miscommunications

6. Healthcare Provider Responsibility

For Clinic/Provider Users

If you are a healthcare provider using ScopeMe:

  • You are solely responsible for medical services you provide
  • You must maintain all required licenses and certifications
  • You must comply with all applicable healthcare regulations
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
  • You must maintain appropriate malpractice insurance

Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for:

  • Choosing qualified healthcare providers
  • Verifying provider credentials independently
  • Following medical advice from licensed professionals only
  • Understanding risks associated with medical procedures

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

ScopeMe and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Antlara Dental and protected by:

  • Copyright laws
  • Trademark laws
  • Patent laws
  • Trade secret laws

This includes:

  • AI algorithms and models
  • Software code and architecture
  • User interface design
  • Brand names and logos
  • Content and materials

Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and use the Service for personal/business purposes
  • Use our mobile applications on your devices

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software
  • Create derivative works
  • Sell, rent, or sublicense access to the Service

User Content

When you submit content (messages, images, videos) to ScopeMe:

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service
  • You represent that you have rights to the content you submit
  • You are responsible for ensuring content does not violate others’ rights

8. Third-Party Services

ScopeMe connects you with third-party healthcare providers and clinics.

  • We do not control or endorse third-party services
  • Third parties are independent contractors, not our agents
  • Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies
  • We are not responsible for third-party actions or services

CRM and External Systems

Our Service may integrate with:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Appointment scheduling platforms
  • Payment processors
  • Analytics services

Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9. Fees and Payments

Service Fees

ScopeMe may charge fees for:

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScopeMe, Antlara Dental, and our affiliates from:

  • Claims arising from your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
  • Content you submit to the Service
  • Your interactions with healthcare providers

13. Termination

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, etc.).

By using ScopeMe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
